When you're looking for the ultimate personal hunting experience, or needing to impress your corporate clients, let La Bandera Ranch give you the biggest bang for your buck!

Clients will be sent an invoice detailing dates and pricing. A copy of the invoice, along with
a 50% deposit, must be returned within 30 days of the date issued.

Should La Bandera Ranch not receive the invoice and 50% deposit due within 30 days, the
reservation will be deemed to have lapsed.

All 50% deposits are non-refundable.

Total balance due 60 days prior to scheduled hunt.

Clients will be billed for the number of guests confirmed on their invoice.

Have "stand-ins" ready, no shows will be billed in full.

Payments can be made in the following methods:
Cash (US currency)
Credit card (a 3.25% surcharge will be added to all payments)
Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Changes & Cancellations

Should a client wish to alter a booked date, La Bandera Ranch will endeavor to meet this
request. However, given the exclusive and specialized nature of the available dates at La
Bandera Ranch this cannot be guaranteed.

A Minimum of 60 days written notice must be given in order to alter any booked date.

Clients who cancel and give more than 60 days written notice will be given the option to
transfer deposits to another date.

Cancellations with less than 60 days written notice will be billed in full.
